1. Acceptance
By accessing and browsing kaelislegal.com (the “Site”), owned by KAELIS, a law firm based in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Informational purpose
The content of the Site is general and informational. It is not legal advice for any particular case and should not be taken as such. Each situation requires an individual analysis.
3. No professional relationship through use of the Site
Browsing the Site, sending an inquiry or exchanging messages with KAELIS does not create an attorney-client relationship. That relationship is established only when the parties expressly agree on the scope of services and fees.
Until such an agreement exists, please do not send us confidential or sensitive information, or information subject to legal deadlines. KAELIS cannot guarantee the confidentiality of anything sent before an engagement is formalized, and does not assume obligations regarding deadlines that have not been communicated and accepted as part of an engaged service.
4. Intellectual property
The texts, design, the KAELIS name, the logo and other content of the Site are owned by KAELIS or used with permission, and are protected by Argentine Law No. 11,723 on Intellectual Property and other applicable rules. Reproducing, distributing or modifying them without prior written permission is prohibited, except for personal, non-commercial use or for quotation with attribution of the source.
5. Proper use
You agree to use the Site in good faith and in compliance with the law, without attempting to affect its operation, gain unauthorized access to its systems or submit unlawful or misleading content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
6. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to, or load resources from, third parties (for example, fonts). KAELIS does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or policies.
7. Availability and liability
We strive to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is error-free or that the Site will be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, KAELIS is not liable for damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content.
8. Data protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Changes
KAELIS may change these terms at any time. The version in force is the one published on the Site, with the date of the latest update shown at the top of this page.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that might apply.
